Biography
Oakland rapper Plan Bee. Bee (Jesse Rahim Hall) was a founding member of the Hobo Junction.Bee’s legacy is sadly surrounded by even more tragedy. Mike “Dream” Francisco, the graffiti legend who painted the mural and also financed the release of “Quest 4 Survival,” was also gunned down 2000, as was Bee’s little brother, Bobby in 2008
