Determined to make Maika a success they decided to leave everything behind and move to Oslo from western Norway, where they further developed their unique sound through recordings and many gigs. In May 2005, Maika had the honor of being front page band at the independent music site Uhørt ("Unheard"), and their underground hit "Concave Glass" has made artists in Oslo, nurses in Kongsberg and bar owners in Prague smile and dance ecstatically.
