Frank Lopes is a hip-hop artist from Sacramento, CA. The Rise of Hobo Johnson was self-released on May 11, 2016. Hobo Johnson is a young man born in a 94 Toyota Corolla who entered the outside world this fall. Watch him find his way back to his Corolla.
